Monogram does not offer self-collection as a mode of delivery for purchases made via www.monogramtea.com. All Singapore orders would be delivered via door to door courier delivery unless otherwise stated.

tracking your order

Once order has been processed, an automated email will be sent, notifying you of the order details of your parcel, delivery status will be sent upon dispatch of the parcel which you may trace using the tracking code provided.

Please note that for international deliveries, there are certain restrictions on tracking information details. You face with a lack of detailed tracking information, knowing only general information such as parcel arrival at designated country. Should you require further details regarding the status of your parcel, please contact your local postal company using the tracking code provided.

For Singapore:

Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don't worry, we'll make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts to deliver your tea order! If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.

For International:

Reattempts do not apply to SingPost Registered Airmail & SingPost Local Registered Mail Deliveries. Failed deliveries from Postal Registered Airmail will be returned to your local postal service. Please contact your local postal office for more details.

Please note that each destination countries’ postal process varies. Do check with your local post office for more details.
